The organisation is based on a very flat structure.  Reporting to each department head will be only one further layer of management.

Whilst deliberately avoiding the introduction of “trendy” management techniques, Jigsaw Customer Management ensures all management levels are properly empowered to perform their role – always maintaining the correct balance between responsibility and authority. In order to encourage creativity and “ownership”, Jigsaw Customer Management operates a broadly “no blame” team culture. Those wishing to enjoy a career path in the company will appreciate from an early stage that politics and progress do not mix – team players, however, are rewarded.

Senior Managers

The senior management team comprises Kieran Moulden and Stuart Carter

Kieran Moulden

Kieran is an experienced business starter who has an extensive understanding of delivering profitable business. A people person who achieves results not only through his own efforts but also by working with others to maximise their abilities.

Kieran has held senior management positions at a number of large companies before starting Jigsaw Customer Management. At his previous company Moulden was responsible for the creation and management of the call centre division. This division grew from nothing to a £7.5m T/O division producing PTP of around £1.3m, employing in excess of 450 staff.

Kieran left this position to start Jigsaw Customer Management.

Stuart Carter

Stuart has proven experience of identifying, developing and managing sales channels for high technology companies. Stuart is a ‘target achiever’, always encouraging others to excel in their ability.

Stuart has held senior sales management positions within a number of leading technology companies, and has consistently encouraged his teams to over achieve sales targets. More recently, Stuart has been responsible for developing and delivering the European sales channel for e-security, a world leader in the provision of Enterprise Wide Security Management to the City.
