Using an Amcat solution, complete with digital voice recording, preview, power and predictive dialling our systems allow us to maximise every call and make the most of each calling hour.

Our voice recording capabilities allow us to record the key parts of every call. We have the option to record all or selected parts of the call. The system is programmed to record automatically without the agent having to remember to start the recording.
